Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research and Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD):-
The main objective of the institute is to provide medical treatment and facilities to those peoples who are physically handicapped and suffering from polio myelitis, cerebral palsy, congenital anomalies, spinal injuries, and particularly the poor, irrespective of religion, caste or creed. Even the BIRRD is a institute, it was converted into a Trust in 1994. BIRRD operates from a spacious hospital having capacity of 250 beds, five operation theatres and so many facilities.
Sri Venkateswara poor Home :-
Sri Venkateswara poor home is a hospital that serves and caters to the needs of leprosy patients. It is largest hospital of this kind in India. The hospital is very good having near about twenty inpatient wards. During the treatment of patients he undergoes the training of his skills like carpentry and shoe making etc. It is run with TTD funds and handled by TTD management. Due to the training he can live in society by doing some work. Mother Teresa said, “When I am washing the wounds of a leper, I feel I am doing great service to the lord”.
Sri Venkateswara Bala Mandir :-
Sri Venkateswara Bala Mandir (SVBM) is an orphanage situated in tirupati. It was established in 1943. The main objective of this Bala Mandir is to identify destitutes, feed and educate them, and work towards their rehabilitation in society. It is charitable institute run by TTD. SVBM provide all the facilities to the boys and girls who come to complete their study. Separate accommodation provided by SVBM to the boys and girls in a spacious building.
Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS):-
SVIMS serves to the medical needs of the poor and needy in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. The institute has many departments like Urology, Pathology, Blood Bank, Diabetics and so many. The main objectives of the SVIMS institute to render high technology medicine and develop patterns of teaching at post graduate level in super specialties.

The school was established in 1974. The school has near about 70 staff including teaching and non teaching. Boarding, lodging and meals facilities are provided on free of cost. The language is Telgu in which the instruction is given by the teacher to the student.

The main objective of this training centre is to provide aids to the handicapped, offers vocational training and counseling services and assists its wards in securing employment.
Following three types of training provided by the training centre.
1) Cane weaving, electronic assembling and packing works etc.
2) Rope making
3) Typewriting, vulcanizing, rubber stamp making and training for the official purpose.
